SBM, an ever growing, full service office equipment and services supplier, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in our Barrington, NH office.  We are looking to build a team that will have first rights to the territory, this is a unique ground floor opportunity with a company that has been in business since 1984!  SBM holds the City of Manchester Contract, making this an opportune time to develop business using a great reference.

Our people bring innovative, real-world solutions for our client’s print management needs; we help cut costs, secure documents and reduce the environmental footprint. We are a growing, dynamic organization that has a need for individuals who are committed to contribute their professional best.

SBM is looking for candidates to engage B2B customers with a full line of office solutions including high speed digital copiers/printers, full color copiers/printers, software (Document Capture, Document Management and Document Delivery), Document Management Services and Managed Print Services.


  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota
  • Prospecting new clients through cold and warm lead generation. Presenting and selling Sharp and Xerox digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products that copy, print, fax and scan
  • Utilize our CRM to ensure all information is at your fingertips (mobile version available)
  • Work freely while demonstrating excellent time management skills


  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Competitiveness is a must
  • Ability to develop and maintain and sales funnel is crucial
  • Goal-driven focus
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and / or decision maker with a consultative approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business acumen, including sales quota achievement and closing sales.
  • Ability to successfully work independently while demonstrating time management skills and productivity
  • Valid Driver’s License

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation- Salary plus uncapped commissions, company supported trips and awards, incentives and promotions.

On average, Sales Representatives earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, accounting for both base salary and commission.

Additional cash incentives from our manufactures averaging $10,000 annually.

Monthly expense check from SBM for mileage.
